Lately menu in cafes are often written on blackboards. It seems to be not that complicated to make a beautiful inscription. However, it is enough to try once to draw a phrase using different fonts on a paper, and it becomes clear – it is a real art. To be exact – lettering or "letters drawing". On the Slavic Writing an Culture Day, which is celebrated on 24 May, the museum is inviting you to the master class on lettering. It will be conducted by the artist and designer Natalia Chernova. You could see her works in various cafes of our city, as well as in her Instagram account. Natalia will familiarize you with the basics of lettering, so every participant is going to make a postcard with a letter composition using water colours.

On this day all participants will be able to visit the exhibition "Jewellery Etudes". There are jewellery pieces with amber, semi-precious and precious stones from the DARVIN studio there.
