"Amber as Heirloom"

A private collector gave to the museum items for exhibiting – natural amber samples and carved works. Each showpiece is connected with some memorable event and keeps precious family recollections. They presents for anniversaries, others were purchased in souvenir shops, third – given by the sea.

Natural stones, works of decorative and applied arts, amber sculptures, that make the private collection, will be presented to the wide audience for the first time.

We are inviting residents and guests of Kaliningrad to attend the exhibition from 22 February until 25 March.
